Massages at Calmwater
Calmwater Signature Massage: To promote health and a positive sense of well-being in community members, the Calmwater Spa’s signature massage is a relaxing Swedish massage that uses a variety of therapy techniques to provide optimal relaxation and help muscles recover.

Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage: With all of the Peninsula’s physical activities, including swimming, tennis, and, of course, golf, muscles can become tight. Relax and recover with a deep tissue massage so that you can do the activities you love without limits.

Aromatherapy Massage: With the use of your choice of essential oils, the aromatherapy massage is meant to calm your mind and spirit while relaxing your body. Choose the scent you like best and carry the calming effect with you long after the massage ends.

LaStone Therapy Massage: This massage features heated Basalt stones to increase blood flow and relieve muscular tension using specific trigger points. Reach the ultimate state of relaxation with this luxury massage.

Calmwater Spa Guidelines:
- Please schedule an appointment to ensure we can meet your needs.
- 24-hour notice of cancellation/ reschedule is required to not be charged.
- Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment, if it is your first one.
- Guests who are late to their appointment may not receive the full timed treatment.
- Secure valuables in a locker, Calmwater Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Lockers, robes, slippers, and towels are provided by the Spa. Those not returned will be billed to the guest.
- Cellphones and pagers must be turned off in the spa to maintain a calming atmosphere.
- Calmwater Spa is for use by members, guests, and Peninsula rental guests only.
